Heavy metal concentrations in Hungarian battery factory air exceed standards

In air tests conducted by Hungarian government agencies at the Szigetszentmiklós battery factory from April to May 2022, it was found that the concentrations of nickel, cobalt, manganese, lithium and copper on multiple production lines exceeded the prescribed limits. Among them, the concentration of nickel on one production line exceeded the prescribed limit by two thousand times, and the concentrations of cobalt and manganese also exceeded the allowable limits by several times.
