BMW considers changing brake-by-wire system supplier

BMW is considering changing the supplier of its wire-controlled brake system after Continental's MK-C2 brake system triggered a recall of nearly 80,000 vehicles earlier this year. The two parties are currently further evaluating the range of vehicles that may be affected through a remote diagnostic system.
