Currently, the manufacturing cost has dropped to 1 yuan per gram, while the cost was as high as several thousand yuan per gram before. Last year, Xingfa sold black phosphorus to Huawei at a price of 3,000 yuan per gram. Currently, Huawei's black phosphorus batteries and light-transmitting chips are both using Xingfa's black phosphorus materials.
