Zeng Yuqun talks about the recycling of battery materials at CATL

At the 2022 World Power Battery Conference, Zeng Yuqun, chairman of CATL, said that the company is strengthening the recycling of battery materials. At present, the recycling rate of nickel, cobalt and manganese in CATL has reached 99.3%, and lithium has reached more than 90%. It is expected that after 2035, a large part of the market demand can be met by recycling materials in retired batteries.
