Completed Series B financing for Chenxinan

On January 15, 2024, Weichen Xinan completed its Series B financing, with Yongxin Ark as the exclusive investor in this round. Weichen Xinan was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Chengdu. It is a first-class domestic provider of smart car network security products and services. It has formed a strategic layout of collaborative services in Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, Dongguan, Wuhan, Changchun and other places. The company has basic security products across chip platforms, operating systems and communication protocols, and also provides a series of testing tools and security services, focusing on building a deep defense security system that adapts to the new generation of central computing vehicle architecture. In 2016, the Electric Research Institute and the investment platform of the listed company Ren Zixing, which it contacted, invested 3 million yuan in us. The latest round of valuation is 1 billion yuan.
