WeRide launches new driverless road sweeper S1

WeRide launched the unmanned road sweeper S1 at Guangzhou International Bio Island. This L4-level device is suitable for all open road scenarios and is designed to solve urban sanitation problems. The company has signed cooperation agreements with multiple partners, with orders on the first day reaching nearly 10 million US dollars. The S1 has flexible obstacle avoidance capabilities, automatic garbage dumping and other functions, which can complement traditional sanitation and achieve sanitation operations without blind spots.
