WeRide is approved to conduct commercial pilot of autonomous vehicle travel service in Beijing

WeRide has recently been approved by Beijing's Intelligent Connected Vehicle Policy Pilot Zone to launch a paid in-car autonomous driving travel service (Robotaxi) in Beijing Yizhuang. The company has been conducting unmanned road testing business in Beijing since October 2022 and gradually expanding its business scope. Now, Beijing citizens can call WeRide's unmanned autonomous driving travel service vehicles through the WeRide Go App, and the service hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.
