WeRide gets approval to conduct autonomous driving tests on highways in Beijing

WeRide has been approved to conduct autonomous driving tests on highways in Beijing and will accelerate road tests along the airport highway. The company also provided an autonomous driving shuttle service from Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital Airport to the main venue of the New China International Exhibition Center at the 2023 World Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference. Next, WeRide plans to conduct road tests between Beijing Economic Development Zone and Daxing Airport Terminal, covering urban roads and highway scenarios.
