WeRide successfully obtains Beijing autonomous driving unmanned road testing permit

Recently, WeRide obtained the qualification for unmanned road testing in Beijing's intelligent connected vehicle policy pilot zone. Its self-driving taxis (Robotaxi) will be tested in an area of ​​60 square kilometers with no safety officer behind the wheel. After obtaining the self-driving road test license at the end of October, WeRide has made another breakthrough, demonstrating its technical strength in the field of self-driving. At present, WeRide has accumulated more than 13 million kilometers of self-driving mileage, and plans to promote self-driving technology in more regions.
