Melexis has launched the latest MLX90423 magnetic position sensor chip, joining the popular MLX9042x series 3D lineup. The chip has high long-stroke accuracy (up to 30mm), strong resistance to stray magnetic field interference, meets ISO26262 ASIL D system integration requirements, and is suitable for space-constrained automotive ADAS applications such as braking systems. MLX90423 uses Triaxis® Hall technology and provides ASIL C-level single die and ASIL D system integration dual die options.
