Melexis releases third-generation current sensor chip MLX91230

Melexis has launched the third-generation current sensor chip MLX91230, which is designed to improve the accuracy of Hall effect DC current sensing. This digital solution has an accuracy of 0.5%, a compact design and an affordable price. It integrates IVT (current-voltage-temperature) measurement function, a built-in microcontroller (MCU) to reduce the processing burden of the ECU, and provides pre-installed safety functions. The MLX91230 is very suitable for electric vehicle battery management and distribution systems.
