Melexis releases new motor driver chip MLX81334

Melexis recently launched a new motor driver chip MLX81334, which is designed for electric vehicle electromechanical thermal management systems to optimize battery temperature control and heat pump refrigeration cycles, thereby effectively extending the range of electric vehicles. The chip has a built-in 16-bit application processor and an independent communication processor, supports OTA updates, and has 64KB on-chip memory, providing sufficient space for complex software operations. The MLX81334 uses a 5mm x 5mm 32-pin QFN package, is suitable for 12V and 24V automotive systems, and integrates multiple protection functions.
