Jiangsu SAIC 60-day sprint

With the surge in demand for commercial vehicles in the fourth quarter, Jiangsu SAIC is facing unprecedented challenges. From November to December, orders for commercial vehicle transmission assemblies hit a new high, with monthly deliveries exceeding 15,000 units. To this end, Jiangsu SAIC launched a "60-day sprint" labor competition to encourage employees to improve efficiency, quality and reduce costs to ensure that the annual goals are achieved. All employees participated, covering nearly 180 front-line employees and related support personnel. All departments worked closely together to ensure smooth production.
