Lingyun Genes Company cooperates with Shanghai Lingyun Mould Company

The one-piece double-door door knocker prototype jointly developed by Lingyun Genes and Shanghai Lingyun Mold Co., Ltd. has been successfully trial-produced. This product integrates TRB, TWB and Patch board processes and is the first large-scale integrated part. Lingyun shares has the full process development capability. The project uses 2000MPa, 1500MPa and 1000MPa materials with different strengths. The laser welding production line independently developed by Lingyun Genes and the hot stamping forming technology of Shanghai Lingyun Mold jointly completed the production of this innovative product.
