Eaton acquires Royal Power Solutions

Intelligent power management company Eaton announced that it has completed the acquisition of Royal Power Solutions of the United States. Royal Power Solutions specializes in high-precision electrical connection components and serves the fields of electric vehicles, energy management, industry and mobile travel. The transaction amount is US$600 million, which is equivalent to 13.6 times Royal Power Solutions' EBITDA in 2022. Eaton said that the acquisition will strengthen the company's competitiveness in vehicle electrification, aerospace and electrical business. Royal Power Solutions has approximately 450 employees and has production bases and sales engineering offices in the United States and Mexico.
