BorgWarner successfully acquires Hubei Zhuiri Electric's charging and electrification business

BorgWarner has completed the acquisition of Hubei Zhuiri Electric's charging and electrification business, aiming to strengthen its business layout in China. Zhuiri Electric was founded in 1997 and focuses on new energy vehicle charging and power systems, providing solutions to global customers. To date, Zhuiri Electric has established more than 700 charging stations around the world, serving more than 1 billion people.
