Vector Informatik acquires full ownership of BASELABS GmbH

Vector Informatik GmbH announced the full acquisition of BASELABS GmbH, an expert in autonomous driving sensor data fusion. BASELABS has been committed to the research and development of autonomous driving technology since 2012 and received strategic investment from Vector in 2014. The acquisition marks Vector's global business expansion, and it is expected to establish its 33rd branch in Chemnitz and plan to expand the number of employees to about 150 in the future.
