SensorTech and Hikvision Automotive Electronics showcase cutting-edge technologies at SAIC Volkswagen Technology Showcase Day

At the SAIC Volkswagen Partner Technology Showcase Day, Sensortech and Hikvision Automotive Electronics demonstrated their latest automotive radar technologies. These technologies include 4D imaging radar, passenger car ACC\AEB forward radar, four-corner radar, cabin radar and functional radar. In addition, they also demonstrated a full-stack integrated solution of "millimeter wave radar + visual fusion". In February 2023, Hikvision's wholly-owned subsidiary Sensortech plans to increase its registered capital by 2.398 billion yuan. Among them, Hikvision plans to increase its capital in Sensortech with a total price of 1.345 billion yuan, using its 60% equity in its holding subsidiary Hikvision Automotive and 44.4% equity in its holding subsidiary Wuhu Sensortech Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. At the same time, Sensortech plans to introduce one or more strategic investors through public listing, who will invest a total of 1.053 billion yuan and will obtain no more than 43.9% equity. After the capital increase is completed, its automotive electronics business segment will use Sensortech as a capital operation platform.
