Wind River Helps NTT DOCOMO Deploy 5G vRAN Base Stations in Japan

Wind River's Wind River Studio platform has been selected by NTT DOCOMO for its 5G virtualized network and has launched commercial deployment in Japan. The platform's Cloud Platform is integrated with Fujitsu's virtualized central unit (vCU) and virtualized distributed unit (vDU) and uses the latest NVIDIA converged accelerator. This collaboration will help accelerate innovation across the telecommunications industry and meet changing market needs.
