Ruichuang Micronano releases independently developed high-sensitivity short-wave infrared detector chips and movement products

Ruichuang Micronano recently released its self-developed InGaAs short-wave infrared detector chip, which has a 640×512 array size and a 15μm pixel pitch, and a response wavelength range of 0.93~1.70μm. In addition, it also launched two short-wave infrared movements and a multi-spectral gimbal product with an integrated short-wave movement. These new products have been applied in photovoltaic detection, space communications, semiconductor detection, and visual enhancement.
