Porsche recalls 1,590 imported Taycan electric vehicles

Porsche has announced a recall of 1,590 imported Taycan electric vehicles. These vehicles may have internal short circuit problems in the high-voltage power battery modules, which may cause thermal runaway of the battery modules in extreme cases. The company will detect and replace abnormal battery modules to eliminate safety hazards. Before that, users are advised to limit the charging power to less than 80%.
