CATL releases the Shenxing PLUS battery, achieving a range of 1,000 kilometers

CATL recently launched the Shenxing PLUS battery, which is the world's first lithium iron phosphate battery with a range of 1,000 kilometers. This battery can provide a range of 600 kilometers with just 10 minutes of charging. The Shenxing PLUS battery uses a self-developed three-dimensional honeycomb material to increase the negative electrode energy density and control the volume expansion during charging and discharging. In addition, it also has an integrated shell structure, which improves space utilization, increases the volume efficiency of the battery system by 7%, and reaches an energy density of 205Wh/kg.
