The groundbreaking ceremony of "Lithium Cycle Technology", a subsidiary of Beijing New Energy, was successfully completed

On April 26, Qidong Life and Health Industry Park held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 2023 transformation project and the comprehensive utilization of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles and green manufacturing of cathode materials of Jiangsu Lixun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The project was invested and constructed by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing New Energy, with a total investment of 3.076 billion yuan. It is expected that after completion, 300,000 tons of waste new energy power lithium batteries will be recycled and processed annually, and about 200,000 tons of finished battery bases, cathode materials and other recycled materials will be produced.
