China's lithium battery industry continues to grow in the first two months of 2024

According to data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's lithium battery industry continued to maintain its growth momentum in January and February 2024. In these two months, the total output of lithium batteries in the country exceeded 117GWh, a year-on-year increase of 15%. Among them, the output of energy storage lithium batteries exceeded 17GWh, and the installed capacity of power lithium batteries for new energy vehicles was about 50GWh. In addition, the total export value of lithium batteries reached 61.94 billion yuan.
