Guibu Microelectronics and Southeast University completed the acceptance of the 77Ghz millimeter wave radar chip project

Guibu Microelectronics and the National Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves of Southeast University have successfully completed the acceptance of the industry-university-research cooperation project of 77Ghz millimeter wave radar chips and supporting antennas. The two parties have worked closely together in the past year to complete the full set of development work from program evaluation to design, simulation, and verification, and successfully passed the physical test acceptance. The main achievements of this cooperation include the 77GHz millimeter wave chip fan-out package RF wiring design and the 77GHz millimeter wave radar antenna unit design.
