Power battery market shipments to surge in 2023, with BYD catching up with CATL

In 2023, the power battery market demand will surge, and overall shipments will increase significantly. Among them, BYD's Fudi Battery is approaching CATL at an alarming rate, becoming the second largest domestic company with shipments exceeding 100GWh. The top five companies in the industry are CATL, BYD Fudi, China New Aviation, Everview Lithium Energy and Guoxuan High-tech, with shipments of 167GWh, 105GWh, 33GWh, 17GWh and 16GWh respectively.
