Second-tier lithium battery plants face difficulties and poor performance

Second-tier lithium battery plants such as Farasis Energy, Ruipu Lanjun and Zhongxinhang all suffered losses in 2023. Among them, Farasis Energy has suffered losses for three consecutive years, with a loss of 1.774 billion yuan in 2023; Ruipu Lanjun lost 1.943 billion yuan in its first year of listing; Zhongxinhang's net profit fell 57% year-on-year to only 290 million yuan.
