Infineon launches new CoolSiC™ MOSFET 2000 V

Infineon Technologies has launched a new CoolSiC™ MOSFET 2000 V in TO-247PLUS-4-HCC package to meet the demand for high power density and ensure that system reliability is not affected under high voltage and high frequency conditions. This MOSFET is suitable for applications such as solar energy, energy storage systems and electric vehicle charging, and has the characteristics of low switching losses.
