Rukun New Materials plans to raise 649 million yuan for production base construction and technological transformation

Shanghai Rukun New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to raise RMB 649 million through its IPO, mainly for the construction and technological transformation of its production bases. These projects include the second phase construction project of Rukun (Shandong) New Materials Production Base and the sodium salt technological transformation and expansion project, as well as replenishing working capital.
