Infineon Technologies and GlobalFoundries extend long-term automotive microcontroller supply agreement

Infineon Technologies and GlobalFoundries announced the renewal of a multi-year supply agreement involving Infineon's AURIX™ TC3x 40nm automotive microcontrollers and power management and connectivity solutions. The collaboration aims to meet Infineon's business growth needs from 2024 to 2030 and focus on the development of high-reliability embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) technology solutions. Infineon's AURIX™ microcontrollers play a key role in driving the automotive industry's transformation to autonomous driving, intelligent connectivity and electric vehicles.
