Ideal Auto adjusts its organizational structure to strengthen production, supply and marketing coordination

Ideal Auto has made major adjustments to its existing matrix organization to strengthen the coordination between production, supply and sales. The adjustment includes merging the vehicle PDT (Product Develop Team) and the commercial PCT (Product Commercial Team) into a "product line" and assigning the supply department and GTM (Go To Market) to vertical departments.
