Infineon Technologies Launches Next-Generation Safety Isolation and Low-Power Solutions for High-Voltage Digital Control Applications

Infineon Technologies has released its first generation of dual-channel digital isolators, which use coreless transformer technology and have high robustness, precise delay performance and low power consumption. This series of products has passed device-level and system-level certification and is suitable for a variety of high-voltage digital control applications, such as isolated DC-DC modules, isolated CAN and UART communications, and GaN IPS half-bridge functional isolation.
