In its earnings forecast, Xinlian Integrated Circuit stated that the performance of the company's latest generation of SiC MOSFET products has reached the world's advanced level. In addition, Xinlian Integrated Circuit also plans to build the first 8-inch SiC device R&D production line in China in 2024 and sign cooperation agreements with a number of new energy vehicle OEMs.
