SILEX announces SiC MOS chip manufacturing project

Xinlian Integrated Circuit announced an investment of RMB 961 million to build a 6/8-inch compatible SiC MOSFET chip manufacturing production line with a monthly output of 5,000 pieces. The project aims to increase the annual output of SiC wafers and support the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry. In the future, Xinlian Integrated Circuit plans to switch to an 8-inch production line based on market supply conditions.
