Roborock V20 is equipped with a dual-light source ToF sensor

Roborock's flagship self-cleaning robot vacuum cleaner V20 is equipped with a dual-light source ToF sensor, a technology developed jointly by Roborock, Infineon, pmd and O-Film. The dual-light source ToF sensor is implemented by using the same ToF receiving sensor with two different large-angle laser light sources. The special feature of the system is that it alternately emits two different modes of lasers, dot matrix and array. This gives the V20 a powerful spatial perception capability, allowing for more effective positioning, navigation and obstacle avoidance.
