Bionic MEMS sensors help monitor heart health

Researchers from North University of China have successfully developed a bionic MEMS sensor using micro-nano manufacturing technology. This sensor mimics the structure of turtle ear bones and can effectively detect heart sound signals. Preliminary test results show that the sensor has high acoustic sensitivity in the range of 20-200 Hz, which helps improve the accuracy of heart health monitoring.
