Ganfeng Lithium's subsidiary signs 40% acquisition agreement with Leo Lithium to strengthen control

On May 7, 2024, GFL International, Leo Lithium, Ganfeng Lithium and Mali Lithium signed a 40% acquisition agreement. According to the agreement, GFL International will purchase 40% of Mali Lithium's shares held by Leo Lithium for no more than US$342.7 million. Prior to the signing of the agreement, GFL International and Leo Lithium held 55% and 45% of Mali Lithium's shares, respectively. After completing the 5% acquisition and the 40% acquisition, Mali Lithium will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium.
