Beijing Institute of Technology Chongqing Research Institute established the leading MEMS process line in China

Since settling in Xiyong Micro-Electronics Park of Western (Chongqing) Science City, Beijing Institute of Technology Chongqing Microelectronics Research Institute (BIT Chongqing Institute of Microelectronics) has continuously strengthened its core technology research and development, and has established a domestically leading MEMS process line with independent MEMS chip design, manufacturing, packaging and testing capabilities.
