CATL plans to invest in the construction of the Hungarian Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) New Energy Battery Industrial Base Project in Debrecen, Hungary, with a total investment of no more than 7.34 billion euros (about 57.031 billion yuan). The project will build a 100GWh power battery system production line.
