Hailiang Holdings announced to invest in the establishment of a new material technology industrial park in Morocco

Hailiang Holdings announced on May 7 that it plans to invest in the construction of a new factory in Morocco called Hailiang (Morocco) New Materials Technology Industrial Park. The factory will include an annual production line of 50,000 tons of unwrought copper and copper alloy materials, an annual production line of 35,000 tons of copper tubes, an annual production line of 40,000 tons of precision brass rods, an annual production line of 150 million precision copper alloy pipes, and an annual production line of 25,000 tons of lithium battery copper foil and other new energy materials. The total investment is US$288 million, of which US$273 million is invested in fixed assets and US$15 million is invested in working capital.
