BASF Joint Innovation Center supports the development of electric vehicle industry

The BASF Joint Innovation Center was established in July 2023 by BASF and the Yangtze River Delta Physics Research Center under the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The center invited industry value chain partners such as Weilan New Energy Technology to jointly build a cross-border innovation cooperation network. From raw materials to theoretical calculations, to the structural design and manufacturing of battery systems, and finally working closely with automakers, the entire value chain is covered.
