Everbright has successfully established a vertically integrated production line for 2-inch, 3-inch and 6-inch semiconductor laser chip wafers, and has two major product lines: edge-emitting laser chips (EEL) and surface-emitting laser chips (VCSEL). Our product line covers three major material systems: GaAs (gallium arsenide), InP (indium phosphide) and GaN (gallium nitride). Through independent research and development, we have achieved independent control in chip design, key equipment, process technology and raw materials, thereby promoting the rapid development of China's ultra-high power laser technology.
