Chinese automakers are building factories overseas in an attempt to replicate the expansion path of overseas multinational companies. BAIC, Chery, Great Wall and other automakers have successively established vehicle or parts assembly plants in Russia, Iran, Brazil, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries.
