Renesas Electronics Launches New RZ/G3S 64-bit Microprocessor

Renesas Electronics has released a new generation of 64-bit microprocessor RZ/G3S, designed for IoT edge and gateway devices to reduce power consumption. This microprocessor has a standby power consumption as low as 10µW and Linux fast boot function, equipped with a PCI Express interface, and supports high-speed connection of 5G wireless modules. In addition, it also has enhanced security features such as tampering detection to ensure data security.
