Building China's own fiber laser

In 2007, Yan Dapeng gave up his job and property abroad and returned to China to found Raycus. In the early days of the business, faced with technology blockades and immature industrial chains, Yan Dapeng and his team started from scratch, overcame numerous difficulties, and eventually successfully developed the first 10-watt pulsed all-fiber laser in China, achieved mass production, and reduced the price of imported products by 60%. The addition of Raycus has made China's aerospace field stronger. The team led by Yan Dapeng has continuously innovated, bringing China's independent laser research and development capabilities to the world's leading level.
