Shuxin Technology Launches Compact Broadband BAW Filter

Hangzhou Shuxin Technology has successfully developed a compact broadband BAW filter with a bandwidth of 900 MHz and a passband covering 3.3 GHz to 4.2 GHz. This filter uses Al0.8Sc0.2N as the piezoelectric layer and connects the BAW and SiN-based IPD devices through flip-chip bonding technology to form a highly compact chip. The filter has been used in Shuxin's products and has been widely recognized by users.
