Phlux Technology Launches New 1550 nm Time-of-Flight LiDAR Sensor

Phlux Technology has recently launched a new 1550 nm time-of-flight (ToF) lidar sensor. This sensor has advantages in long-range lidar applications, especially in L3 level applications of automotive advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). This low-noise InGaAs APD sensor can reduce the power of the laser diode and simplify the optical and thermal management arrangements of the system, thereby reducing product size and cost.
