Public announcement of the environmental impact assessment document approval for the new energy material recycling project of Zhongchen New Materials Co., Ltd.

Recently, Zhongchen New Materials Co., Ltd. launched a new energy material recycling project (Phase I) in Jingang Industrial Park, Luoyuan County Development Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The project plans to purchase multiple production equipment and focus on the hydrometallurgy of ternary powder. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project will invest 150 million yuan and is expected to be put into production in December 2024, when it will achieve an annual output of 22,383.72 tons of ternary precursors. The second phase of the project is expected to be put into production in September 2025, when the total production capacity will reach 100,000 tons/year.
