On May 13, Yongtai Energy announced the acquisition of 49% of the equity of Beijing Detai Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. held by Haide Shares. After the completion of this transaction, Yongtai Energy will own 100% of the equity of Detai Energy Storage, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This move is aimed at strengthening Yongtai Energy's influence in the energy storage field.
