Focuslight Technology plans to acquire assets of ams and osram to strengthen the research and development and production of micro-nano optical components

Focuslight Technology announced plans to use 50 million euros (about 387 million yuan) to purchase the micro-nano optical components R&D and production assets of ams Osram's wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and Switzerland. This acquisition will further strengthen Focuslight Technology's strength in the upstream core micro-nano optical components field.
